| Introduction | I first started baking when I was a teenager but life took over and I stopped. I went back to baking in 2007 when I was determined to bake a birthday cake for my daughter's first Birthday. It took a while to get back into it however, after many failed attempts, I can now knock up a batch of cupcakes in my sleep (more or less). Hope you enjoy my blog.
