Our Hopes for the Community, borrowed from the US ODF is to be recognized by practitioners, educators, and organisational leaders as the premier European association in the field of Organisation Design, providing a community in which members are challenged to advance the principles, share and synthesise best practices, and create new knowledge in how people and systems are organised to achieve results and create meaningful experiences. |
