Although my own investment experience is related to real estate, I'm interested in other forms of investment. I am very skeptical of investing in "things" you don't fully understand. I invest in "things" that offer me a margin of safety and pay me to wait. I have been a top producing Realtor in the Kamloops area since 1996. I own the Realty Executives Twin Valley office with my talented wife Christine, who has been licensed as Realtor since 1996. We opened the Realty Executives office in 1997 and we both hold broker licenses. We have several independent Realtors in our office and two licensed assistants. We treat the business of Real Estate very seriously, while still having fun with our clients. We tell you the truth about the market and the truth about what you may be buying or selling. We're positive, but we won't avoid telling you what you need to hear versus what you want to hear. We keep our eyes open so there are no negative surprises later! |
