I have a deep love and respect for quality, well prepared foods. I source my meat and produce locally, and endeavor to support our vibrant local agricultural economy. I tend to cook healthy and flavorful meals, and try to continually expand my knowledge base with recipes from around the world. By day I work in public/government affairs for a public research university.
