| Introduction | I was diagnosed with pcos in 2009. Since than I have lost 30lbs by doing low carbing changing the way I eat. My main symptom is hairloss, and I feel like there is nothing to help it or cause regrowth. I take 200mg of spirnolactone daily, and 500mg of meteformin 2 times a day.
