Introduction I'm a paramedic who tries hard at being fit and healthy, yet at times my shift work gives me the excuse to undo all my hard work. Yet it is just excuse. I follow the Michelle Bridges 12WBT program and it seems I will be a life long convert of counting calories in and measuring calories burnt. I love mountain biking and I am finding I am developing an addiction for running. I love the outdoors and I am blessed to live with a Bay on my doorstep. I eat a vegetarian diet, mainly for health reasons but as an animal lover I am interested in the animal ethics side of things too. I would like to reduce my dairy for more ethical eating. I hope to inspire all people who want to live a more healthy lifestyle. After all, healthy is the most natural way to be.
