| Introduction | I'm a curious person who likes to peruse different sides of different topics with different lenses. As a result, I'm a giant nerd who does a lot of studying and reading. I admit that I won't know everything in full depth, but you can be assured that before express myself on a certain topic I would study it enough to form coherent ideas. I'm a PhD student in clinical psychology program and the Suicide and Emotion Dysregulation Lab at The University of Southern Miss with interests in the role of cognition and emotion on suicide and self-harm behaviours and evidence based treatment in the context of mood and personality disorders.
