Introduction	I am a proud mom of three boys. My youngest was born with a congenital heart defect known as Transposition of the Great Arteries or TGA for short. The defect was succesfully corrected at Children's Mercy Hospital when he was 12 days old. I started blogging during his hospital stay as an update tool for family and friends. Because I have learned a great deal reading about other peoples experience with TGA and other CHD’s, I have chosen to continue the blog in hopes that someone else may learn from or take comfort in our story and also to record other items and events about my family I would like to remember.
