| Introduction | I have not had a traditional career in Human Resources thanks to a Lay-Off, an Acquisition, A great Opportunity, and the End of a Federal Contract. A quick glance at my resume and one would assume I job hop, but nothing could be further from the truth. In reality I have been given the opportunity to work in all functional areas of Human Resources. Coming from benefits and risk management consulting background prior to Human Resources, I was always taught that if you do not add value you are not going to succeed. I have had wonderful mentors throughout my career who allowed me to learn and grow. I have a proven record of solid experience in human resource management in multiple industries covering start-up to established Fortune 500 organizations in both field and corporate environments and am valued as an expert troubleshooter and business partner. |
