| Introduction | My name is Joelle and I am a mom of 3 little boys. I am a firm believer in supporting local farms and businesses. I work full-time but am fortunate enough to take the summers off to be with my boys. This blog is about incorporating local food and local businesses into my life as a working mom. Recently I have been tasked with changing my lifestyle to reduce my dairy and sugar consumption. This will be a challenge but I'm hoping to write about some great recipes I discover along the way.
