Introduction | I have been working in the field of Jewish Education for thirty five years in many different capacities. My favorite things are to teach Jewish texts and interface them with all of the collected knowledge of the world as well as facilitate the building of understanding, inclusive communities. My favorite community members are my husband and four children and one son-in-law, one daughter-in-law and one associate daughter-in-law, and of course four really cute little girls who call me "Savta." |
Interests | Working with communities of diversity, philosophical endeavors, learning everything I can from everyone around |
Favorite Movies | Splendor in the Grass, Close Encounters of the Third Kind |
Favorite Music | Moody Blues, Yanni, and so much Israel music |
Favorite Books | When Religion Becomes Evil by Charles Kimball, Everything I Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten by Robert Fulgrum, Sophie's World by Jostein Gaardner, As A Driven Leaf by Milton Steinberg, The Gifts of the Jews by Tom Cahill, and all Jewish texts, expecially Kohelet |
