Introduction	The process of the Soul's awakening has drawn me in consciously for years and guiding in the prior years of unknowing. Through the love of dance & movement, yoga & meditation, a keen sense of body awareness and an increasingly distinct attunement to my soul's song guidance, I am led to and through Life's lessons. My teachers and inspirations have been many, with love and thanks. I rest in the arms of the Mother always, in Her myriad of aspects, both light & dark. I bring mindfulness, a depth of life experience, a trust in each person's individual path and a faith that all roads lead to the One. Deep Bow ~
