Introduction	I am a 28 year old stay at home mom. I have a degree in Food and Beverage Management and I absolutely love to cook! I believe that food is more than just fuel. It is an exercise in creativity and an opportunity for fun. I also think that each dish is an almost scientific creation...an opportunity to experiment with different ingredients and techniques and have a blast reviewing the delicious results.
