Introduction I LOVE exercise! I have been working out consistently for the last 5 years. I generally work out 5-6 days a week. I started out going to the gym and found Body Pump, RPM and Boot Camp classes that really got me in shape. I got certified as a Personal Trainer and started working at the gym. During that time, I also fell in love with running. When I moved, I set up a home gym in my basement. For a while all I was doing was running and put the strength training aside. I realize now that I need both to be in the best shape I can be. Over the last several months, I have been doing weight training 2-3 days a week. I also do Hiit workouts or running at least 5 days a week. But every workout program gets boring after and I needed a new challenge. So I have started Body Rock's 30 day challenge and this is my story.
