IntroductionI'm deep. I like being alone or in small groups of people that I know well. I loathe superficiality. I love good humor and possess a basically optimistic outlook on life which springs from my Christian faith. My besetting sins tend to be laziness and passivity because I'd rather think than do. I love things of quality that are wholesome and beneficial; I refuse to call anything that is crass art. I enjoy tradition that is meaningful and purposeful, and I favor things (books, films, ideas) that have stood the test of time. I am mistrustful of ideas that are considered progressive and/or liberating because I know from experience and history that freedom is found within boundaries. I find rebellion against political correctness extremely satisfying. My life is centered around the Lord Jesus Christ Who is my Savior and Master. I believe the Holy Bible is, in its entirety, the Word of God, and that all belief systems outside of Christianity are untrue. I realize that this conviction will gain me far more enemies than friends, but so it must be.
