| Introduction | Jennifer Truex has 13 years of experience in technology and enterprise software. While she began her career writing software user guides, she has worked in various product development capacities including requirements analyst, interface designer, and product manager. As a Senior Product Manager at SunGard Availability Services, Jennifer now creates the long-term strategy of business support systems used within the organization. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Indiana University, focusing on inter-cultural relations and organizational behavior. She is currently pursuing an MBA at the Villanova School of Business, specializing in International Business and Marketing, and will be traveling to South Korea and China in the next six months.
