| Introduction | I have over 13 years’ experience in Customer Interaction. I started out in Sales and spent some time understanding the BPO Industry. I made a comeback to the online medium, which was my first love way back in 1996. I've been in communications at IBM for 6 years now. I'm a sworn knowledge seeker, a streak of curiosity crosses me, and am an avid reader and traveler.
