| Introduction | Dr Tabasum Maqbool is presently working as a College Librarian at Government College of Education (IASE) Srinagar. She is doctorate in Library & Information Science from University of Kashmir. Her specialization is Web Resources Use and Impact on Libraries and Users. Dr Tabasum Maqbool has number of researcher paper and book chapters to her credits and has participants in various national and international seminars/conferences. Before joining department of higher education, she has served department of school education in Kashmir (DSEK) at DIET and SIE libraries. During her tenure at DSEK, She has also completed three research projects.
