| Introduction | I grew up in the country, on a dairy farm, but have spent the past 35 years in suburban Brisbane. I have a deep love of the outdoors and nature's ever changing face. My Sony HX90V camera accompanies me whenever I get the chance to hike. In 2009 I was flying to Banff, Canada, to visit my son and used google to find trails. By chance, this led me to the world of blogging through discovery of Banff Trail Trash, which sadly is now abandoned. From initially following blogs from Alberta and Oregon,I now enjoy posts from around the world. I'm constantly astounded at where they hike and the ever changing beauty of their seasons. This blog is my humble attempt to share where I "walk with friends'. |
