| Introduction | I was born in 1973, married the incomparable TechieBK (aka Bryan) in 2004, and did many things in between and since that are profound, dumb, fun, painful, or random (often all of the above). * I love Texas and being from here. I also love some very specific deep, rich shades of purple. Hence the title (if not the current design). * I enjoy plastic casings with apples on the outside and electronics on the inside. * Food should be loved and respected, but only feared if it's treated improperly. * There is a difference between good writing and good storytelling.
