| Introduction | I hate profiles and bios. They always seem to be self-aggrandizing. Let's just say I started playing percussion in 8th grade. I started teaching as a junior in high school and I graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a BFA and MME. My principal teacher was Stanley Leonard, tympanist with the Pittsburgh Symphony. I have continued to perform, teach privately, and coach percussion. |
