| Introduction | Paul has a law practice in Montgomery and Frederick Counties, Maryland. He is a solo practitioner doing civil litigation in many areas including adoptions, real estate, contracts, wills, estates, and probate law. Paul has also participated and given extensive service in his church and community. In 2005, he was elected one of Frederick City's five alderman. From 2000 to 2005, he served as scout master of Boy Scout troop 280. From 1994 to 2000, Paul served as bishop of the Frederick Ward congregation of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He has also coached many youth basketball and baseball teams. |
