Introduction	Suezell is my middle name, a combination of my great-grandmother's name, Zelda, and my grandmother's best friend, Sue-Anna. I'm 21, American, I'm a classroom aide at a local preschool, working towards eventually getting a MA in Speech Pathology/Therapy, and am very interested in Autistic Spectrum Disorders. I like all kinds of music and am always open to discovering new stuff. I love to read and am currently a big fan of Neil Gaiman. I love to travel, but haven't had a chance to do much, at least not internationally. I've never been much of a cook, but through college I turned to baking to relieve stress. I try crazy new recipes all the time, as I have a tendency to be a little adventurous/optimistic about my abilities. Some of them turn out amazing, some of them...don't. I always have ideas on ways to make them better, make them my own. I'm very interested in gluten-free and casein-free baking and experiment with that occasionally. I created this blog to document my baking adventures and share them with you. I hope you enjoy them!
