| Introduction | Yoga In The House is located in Regina, Canada, founded in 2011. I am the resident Yoga Educator, offering one-on-one sessions. My approach to healing is Pragmatic, Holistic, Somatic, and Yogic! I meet clients where they're at in their process, skilfully honoring their physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual needs. My studies have focused predominantly on Yoga Therapy, Shamanism, Acutonics, Reiki and Positive Psychology.
