| Introduction | Stories from the Book of Mormon, like their counterparts in the Bible, are comforting, entertaining and insightful. Also like the Bible, Book of Mormon stories teach universal lessons that are as meaningful today as they were in their ancient setting. The purpose of this blog is to tell these stories, relate them to our daily lives and draw upon them for widsom, faith and strength. This blog is not a forum for debating Mormon doctrine. I will brook no contention here. For those of you who are new to the Book of Mormon you need not fear its unfamiliarity. Sit back and enjoy the stories of people who lived a long time ago. They faltered and advanced in much the same way that we do. They are real, human and so very interesting. Welcome - and now it is story time. |
