| Introduction | My name is Krista. I was born and bred in the beautiful island of Newfoundland, and I'm proud to still call it home. I'm a soon-to-be Nursing student with a passion for health and wellness. I having a educational background in craft, and a livelihood in the craft and tourism industries. I love to cook, bake, snack, and feast! My diet consists of whole foods. I generally eat meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, healthy fats, fruit, nuts, seeds, whole-fat dairy, and goats milk cheeses. I do my best to prepare food that's delicious, nutritious, and as organic as my student budget will allow. Although I've long had a love for whole nutritious foods, this year I've learned new ways to cook and bake, to make healthy food crave-able! I've also been learning lots about what's in the food we eat, and how it affects our bodies. I find it very interesting! Along with my crazy food obsession I enjoy biology, art, music, beauty, fashion, nature, love, cats, and people. :) |
