Introduction I am cirrently employed by a school district as a Transition Instructor. In this positiom I work with adults ages 18-21 in a program called Prpject SEARCH. Students receive instruction in independent living and complete three 10 week inters hips immersed in a host business to gain transferable, marketable skills with the goal of securing competitive employment upon completion of the program. Previous to my current position, I was employed by the same school district as the instructional technology teacher which means I have the awesome responsibility of teaching students, teachers and parents how to implement meaningful technology to increase student engagement, enhance curriculum delivery and maximize the efficacy of internet based curriculum tools. I graduated from West Virgnia University with a degree in Business Administration: Marketing. I earned a Master of Education degree from Wilmington University.
