Introduction	I live in a little town by the sea in Alaska, born and raised among fireweed salmon and lots of snow.. but this year instead of going back to homer high for junior year i'm going on foreign exchange to the Netherlands with AFS. i love to travel and the chance to live in another country and go to school there for a year was an amazing opportunity. i'll miss my parents, my brother, sister, and my friends, but i know that everything i will learn in the year ahead will be worth all that i am leaving behind.
