| Introduction | I am a stay at home mom. Some days I wonder what I am doing, but most days I love it. I have a degree in Food Science and Nutrition and am a self declared food nerd. I love food. I love the science behind it and knowing how to make things work. I got into "health food" in high school and have tried to keep it up. In college I took a bucket of wheat and a wheat grinder with me. I love to see how to easy it is to create nutritous foods from basic ingredients. I still have so much to learn about food and ingredients but I have loved every step in my journey so far. |
