| Introduction | Lyn Hannant, partner in Redrook Consultants, has been a trainer/educator for many years. She holds relevant and up to date qualifications. She is a true ‘people-person’ , someone who enjoys helping learners to achieve accreditation qualifications as painlessly and enjoyably as possible. She uses the word ‘yet’ at the beginning of all her training, writing it up on the whiteboard and pointing to it when a learner says ‘I can’t do….’. Her company offers training in PTLLS (preparing to teach in the lifelong learning sector – PTLLS – the starter qualification for trainers), CTLLS – Certificate in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector – for people wishing to develop their teaching career, and also qualifications in Advice and Guidance, Assessor and Verifier Awards, Learning in Development, Sales Training. In short – Redrook offers accreditation for trainers in both education and industry. |
| Interests | Lyn’s outside interests are horses and gardening. She likes to help in her local community and is a Parish Councillor and the village Tree Warden. She feels these interests get her away from the training room and out into the fresh air. |
