Introduction	"Great Institutions do not suddenly become untrustworthy overnight but it happens by a thousand tiny surrenders of self respect to self interest." The Spectator is an observer and commentator on matters relating to contemporary issues in British Society. Spectator believes that a two system of justice has emerged in this country whereby the behaviour of the rich, the powerful or senior people in public life is being increasingly tolerated although this tolerance does not stretch to lesser mortals. This development is also accompanied by increasing evidence of hypocrisy with high profile people saying one thing but doing something else. One rule for you another for me. The list is endless and this Blogg will continuing debating this matter and highlighting such cases until all are held equally to justice, whether criminally or disciplinary as those masses on the ground.
