Introduction	I'm writing this blog more for my own amusement and to help me relive some of the great and maybe not so great culinary events I've had in and around Calgary and throughout my travels. I like to hunt down quaint, out of the norm, family run establishments. I'm a huge fan of ethnic foods of all description and find those are usually my first choice when looking for something new to try. I love all types of food, enjoy taking photos and writing down memories of everything I eat, but don't be surprised if most of my entries comprise of the off the beaten path sandwich shops, bakeries, ethnic eateries and deli's. I find them much more satisfying to my palatable soul than any 5 star, gourmet dish could ever deliver. I try to be pretty critical and honest in my reviews, especially when it comes to service. Bad service is a pet peeve of mine....take it or leave it.
