| Introduction | David Liverett has been drawing pen and ink lighthouses since he and his wife, Avis, together with their son, Mark, lived in Maine in the 1970s. He has worked as an illustrator since his days as a student at Anderson University in Indiana and has managed his own agency, D. Liverett Graphics, since moving back to Indiana in the late 1970s. Recently he has traveled to both coasts and from northern Michigan to Florida sketching over 60 lighthouses. David and Avis live in Indiana. They have a son, Mark, daughter-in-law Shanna, and two grandchildren, Connor and Clare. |
