| Introduction | Hey there! I'm Matt, a Philadelphia-born guy who ended up becoming a pharmacist. Now, somehow my career has taken me to Germany where I live with my (also pharmacist) girlfriend. This blog is more for me to motivate myself to get back to running. I started up a few years ago after about 10 years off, but since moving over here, my running has been erratic. This is my (European) quest to run a sub 1:30 HM and, hopefully eventually, get a BQ (3:05). |
