Introduction	Currently, I am a senior at UGA. I am a Political Science major, but I hope to get involved in medicine by getting into physician assistant school within the next year. I have been on the UGA triathlon team for almost three years now, and I have been doing triathlons since I was 15 (I am 22 now). I also participated in high school cross country and track for four years as well as participated in Wofford College NCAA cross country and track for 1 year. I have been a SPIN instructor since I was 17. I really enjoy SPIN/indoor cycling, as well as cycling in general, and I try to structure all my SPIN classes so that they mimic cycling workouts as much as possible. I am not a certified Athletic Trainer, doctor, cycling coach, etc. I am only certified in SPIN (and as an EMT-B but that is a different story), and these workouts are only meant to be suggestions... so do them at your own convenience. I welcome any and all suggestions, and I am happy to solicit any training advice. I also hope to expand to this blog in the future. For now, however, I will just be posting workouts and various other triathlon related Tidbits.
