Introduction	Having worked in Soho for the past year, one of my main gripes is when work colleagues rarely venture further than the nearest Pret or Eat for lunch every day without fail..... Lunch is the most important meal of the day in my humble opinion and Soho has a great deal to offer the willing explorer. Thus I have resolved to sample as many takeaway lunch spots as possible and write about my findings..... I use a scoring system drawing on staple categories such as taste, service and value for money, as well as some more unusual ratings for post-lunch workability, office response and marks for brand strength.....
