| Introduction | This is the story of how I came to be in Beijing: I'm from a very small town in northern lower Michigan. I started taking Chinese in high school when I got a scholarship for an online course. I loved the language and was already fascinated by the culture, so I pursued it when I started looking at colleges. I'm currently in my third year at Kalamazoo College - known for its study abroad programs - and loving it! |
