| Introduction | A few years back a good friend of mine taught me how to make jam. I haven't bought a jar of jam since! I fell in love with how much better it tasted. I also liked the idea that I knew EXACTLY what was going into it. Now I can't walk past the fruit in our local supermarket without thinking, humm those strawberries would be delicious in jam!
