Introduction	DR AMIR FARID ISAHAK is a senior medical consultant with over 45 years of medical practice. Although specialized in Obstetrics & Gynecology, he also practices aesthetics, anti-aging and regenerative medicine. Much of his work is trying to restore the health of patients through natural and nutritional means, instead of relying on drugs. He is a popular speaker on Anti-Aging, Aesthetics, Hormones, Nutrition, Wellness, Women’s Health, Stress Management, Cancer and Qigong, having been invited to speak on the subjects by many organizations, companies and government departments; and at local and international health, medical and scientific conferences. He also conducts health and wellness seminars, courses, workshops and retreats. He was a popular health columnist for The Star (Malaysia’s largest English newspaper then). His “Art of Healing” column was published fortnightly for over 10 years (2003-2013) in Sunday Star Fit4Life segment. He is a qigong master, and has been teaching qigong for over 30 years. His motto is: “I did not become a doctor to be a glorified, legal drug pusher. I want to heal my patients, and not just ‘control’ their readings”.
