| Introduction | I high jumped 1.94 m (6'4 1/4"), ran a 2:15 half,5:07 mile CC, 18 minute 5k and now walking is good. Basically, beat the knee to heck. I have bungee jumped out of a hot air balloon, rode an unicycle as a kid, windsurfed,traveled to Yugoslavia, Japan, Seoul, Korea, Taiwan, Brazil, and Canada to compete for the USA Track team, now I stay at home and take care of the home, yard, dogs and quilt. I've written a Christian fantasy novel trilogy that most likely will never be published. I like the characters. modeled in San Fransisco, beat breast cancer, homeschooled 3 boys into high school - now they are in the military. Have been married to my sweet heart for 27years, received my Masters in Exercise and Sports, then quit coaching and started art quilting |
