Introduction	I worked for National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL)as an assistant manager in systems dept back in India. Experience Served as a project lead for migration of a legacy client-server application to a web based rich client topology. Involved with project sizing, budgeting and design and planning for critical investor data migration. Worked with business teams and software developers to define and analyze software requirements, conducted test procedures to verify and validate design, functionality and performance of NSDL’s depository software applications, and also provided initial technical support for deployment and rollout of software into production. Mastery in RDBMS products SQL Server 7/2000 and DB2 UDB 8 helped me in projects like Migration from SQL Server 7 to 2000,migration from SQL 2000 to SQL 2005 and optimizing EOD (End of Day) processing. Knowledge about the internals of an operating system (UNIX in particular) like file system, process control, synchronization along with knowledge about Computer networks and Computer security helped me to execute the task of hardening the production AIX (AIX is a flavor of UNIX) servers.
