| Introduction | A few years ago I decided I need to make a change...I needed to get healthy. I was overweight, turning 40 and had a 1 yr old daughter. It took two years but I lost the weight and found my love for exercise! What I didn't loose is my love for food. Now I struggle with keeping my weight down, my exercise up and my food healthy. I've found writing things down helps, so that's why I started this blog. |
