Introduction I was born in Seattle. I've been deeply influenced by pacifists in high school, evangelicals in college, mainliners in early adulthood, and more evangelicals recently. My theological and political world views have been shaped by all of them. I've studied the Bible for 37 years (with a few years of study in Greek and Hebrew). I have a Master's degree from a theological seminary. Since the Bible has a "surplus of meaning" I never tire of diving in again and again. I believe God speaks to us, shaping our lives, through the illuminating work of the Holy Spirit as we invest ourselves in God's written Word as it witnesses to His living Word, Jesus the Christ. I've been married to the greatest woman alive for 33.5 years. I'm blessed with the 3 greatest adult kids in the world. I've been to 47 US states & 12 countries. I'm crazy about chocolate. I've had 3 distinct careers and 18 jobs in the past 31 years. And finally... everyone is born right-handed, only the greatest overcome it!

Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?

Flexibility. Expandability presumes that "bigger is better," which you should expect me to question!
