Introduction	Kate Decker is the founder and principle of Color Works LLC. Kate is a Certified Color Consultant through Jeunique International. She has taken Jeunique's principles and tailored them to fit the needs of interior and exterior decor. The combination of a trained eye and Kate's creativity have resulted in the makeovers you see on the Color Makeovers page at www.ColorWorksAZ.com. Her lectures on bringing colors from the natural world into the home and office at various colleges and conferences provide the foundation she shares with her clientele. Currently, she consults with various homeowners, interior decorators, custom paint pofessionals and homebuilders about color and the role it plays in the power of perception. In addition, she received her B.A. in Communication and a Masters in Business Administration.
