| Introduction | I am a Medical Assistant, EMT, and mom to three (one a United States Marine), that enjoys cooking and learning new dishes while serving up old favorites as well. I like to spend time with my wonderful hubby of 19 years and my 3 great kids. We live near the ocean so I like to sink my toes into the sand from time to time and generally just trying to enjoy life.
