Introduction	I love to “fix” foods that are simple and delicious. I remember as a little girl, about 8 or 9 years old, asking my Aunt Judy for a copy of her recipe for Fudge Cake. Many of my most loved and treasured recipes are from great cooks in which I have sampled perfection from their pots.
Interests	I collect cookbooks, so of course I love to bake and cook, spending time with family, I have recently started scrap booking, working at my church teaching 2nd and 3rd graders in Sunday School and the College and Career on Wednesday Nights, swimming in pool with the girls and friends, I love to entertain but my house is too small for big crowds so we usually head outside and have a bond fire, as awful as it may sound I love to play the piano
