| Introduction | Hi, my name is Sami, and I love everything technology. I have been using computers since I was a kid. They were used to watch movies, play video games, school, and now work. I used to go with my father to work and watch/learn in his computer store 20 years ago. Now, I have worked with GeekSquad/BestBuy and currently working with Microsoft. My dream is to get my B.S of I.T and then work with Microsoft in the I.T department. At this moment, I am enrolled in Ashford University and taking Fundamentals of Information Technology & Literacy class, which will fortify my knowledge of computers and get to know the roots of how everything started and how things work. There is some information that I did not know and things that I was not aware of, but this class helped me find such things. When I used to see my father assemble a computer like Lego when and then clicking a button to turn it on was something amazing, and I instantly fell in love with computers. Gaming as a kid on a computer made me learn a lot more. A game does not work on the computer? That calls for a lot of research on software or hardware related issues, which allowed me to learn more about computers as a kid. |
