| Introduction | I entered the real estate business in New York City in 1979. I bought my first property in 1980. Since then I have been continuously involved in many sectors of the real estate business in New York City including property management, brokerage, acquisitions, financing, development, sales, property maintenance and general contracting. I am an Accredited Residential Manager(ARM), a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a Certified Property Manager (CPM). I was the Chapter President (2011) of the New York Metro CCIM Chapter. I trained in the martial arts for over 30 years and attained high ranks in Kokushi-Ryu Jujutsu and Kodokan Judo. I am also a member of Mensa. |
