Introduction	I was a latch key kid in the 80's left alone with snow peas, left over chicken and soy sauce. I was stir frying at age 8. I had playdates with friends only to watch their mothers bake (mine never did) and wished at night I could grow up and have a sub-zero refridgerator and a kitchen aid mixer one day. (and I do, thank you)...and boy how I love them both. I own Wholesome Tummies, a fresh lunch delivery company that serves children and am always looking for healthy and easy recipes for kids that they will love.
