| Introduction | I have a Master of Arts in Counseling degree and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Littleton, Colorado. I teach at Colorado Christian University and just published my first book: Renewed: Finding Your Inner Happy in an Overwhelmed World. I have experience treating people in crisis, coping with health and midlife issues, eating disorders, struggles related to self-esteem, child abuse (especially childhood sexual abuse), trauma, and intimacy issues. I work with adults and adolescents and treat many people with a wide spectrum of emotional struggles and concerns. I am also trained in EMDR for posttraumatic stress. If you live outside of Denver I offer phone counseling and intensives. I accept credit cards. |
